Exploded view
Push the parts of an assembly apart with a slider, to see how it is put together.
An exploded view moves every part away from the centre of the model, so parts that sit inside or behind others come into the open. It is a way of looking, like in an assembly manual.
- Open the card Exploded view in the right sidebar, under Inspect.
- Drag All axes to push the parts apart in every direction.
- Or drag X axis, Y axis or Z axis to spread them along one direction only.
- Press Reset all to bring every part back.
The values are percentages. You can click a number and type one.
